A: Current rents are $1050 and up for a 1+1 apartment, $1345 and up for a 2+2. |
Q: How much does it cost to move in?
A: First month’s rent plus $1,100 deposit. Also a $20 per person application fee. |
Q: Do you rent month-to-month or do you have leases?
A: We do both. However, a one-year lease requires two-month’s rent plus the deposit of $1,100. |
Q: What size are the apartments?
A: One bedroom, one bath apartments are approximately 610 sq. ft., and two bedroom, two bath apartments are approximately 900 sq. ft. |
Q: When is the rent due each month?
A: Rent is due on the first day of each month. |
Q: Will I have a garage?
A: Each apartment is allotted and assigned one covered parking space with storage space. Other outside parking is available. |
Q: Can I have a waterbed?
A: Waterbeds are OK with proof of waterbed insurance. |
Q: Do you accept pets?
A: We are a pet free apartment but fish in tanks no larger than 10 gallons are OK. |
Q: Who pays the utilities?
A: We pay water and trash service, you pay electric, cable and phone. |
Q: Are there laundry facilities?
A: Yes. There are coin washers and dryers in our convenient laundry room. |
